Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using the Uncommon Talent Marketplace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, uploading profile resumes, or posting job openings on the Uncommon Talent Marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these specifications, you must suspend your portal use immediately.

2. Candidate Profile Requirements

Student candidates are required to input authentic, accurate, and up-to-date data regarding occupation, location, work experience, and technology capabilities. Profile locking (preventing visibility to registered recruiters) remains active until the completeness rating reaches a minimum of **50%**.

3. Employer Job Posting Rules

Employer accounts are permitted to post technical openings, query candidate specifications, and contact applicants for direct placement. Employer postings must reflect real, vacant professional roles. We reserve the right to remove any invalid or deceptive job listings.

4. Administrative Discretion & Banning

To preserve portal integrity, system administrators hold complete discretion to edit user roles or temporarily ban accounts that violate platform standards. Any account found uploading fabricated resumes, spamming candidates, or violating legal codes will be permanently locked.

5. Support & Suggestions

All user feedback, platform suggestions, and technical help tickets submitted via the portal's contact section are recorded inside our database. We welcome ideas on feature enhancements and work continuously to upgrade the high-fidelity experience.
