The talent directory on Uncommon Talent is reserved exclusively for students who have satisfactorily completed the 12-month Uncommon Technology Bootcamp curriculum and earned verification from faculty reviewers.
2. Employer Conduct & Fair Compensation
Employers using the platform agree to fair compensation standards, respectful communication, and genuine employment or contract opportunities. Uncommon reserves the right to moderate or remove job listings that do not meet our quality and safety guidelines.
3. Verification Standard
The "✓ Uncommon Verified" badge represents that a candidate has completed bootcamp training and faculty portfolio audits. Employers are encouraged to conduct their own technical and behavioral interviews according to their specific organizational requirements.
