We collect personal profile information when you register as a student candidate or an employer client. This includes your name, email address, phone number, work experience details, skills catalog, profile photograph, and PDF resume uploads.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to maintain your talent profile, facilitate direct engineering job placements, calculate profile completeness telemetry, and aggregate Trending Skills charts on the admin overview panel. We do not sell or lease your records to third-party advertisers.

3. Profile Visibility & Access Control

Student profiles are hidden from the public directories until they reach a minimum of **50% completeness** (Public Ready). Once complete, your portfolio render, location, and verified capability tags are made indexable by registered corporate recruiters.

4. Data Retention & Erasure

We store your profile records as long as your account remains active on the Talent Marketplace. You can request complete profile deletion or account revocation at any time by contacting our support team at hello@uncommon.org.

5. Security Audits

We employ modern industry safeguards to secure database transactions. All administrative mutations (updating roles, banning accounts) perform strict authentication checks and write active trace logs inside our secure audit log system.
