Uncommon Talent operates as the official employment and career placement layer for graduates of Uncommon’s technology bootcamps in Zimbabwe. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our graduates, applicants, and partner employers.

2. Public vs. Private Data Separation

To protect our graduates from spam and unauthorized data harvesting, public directory profiles expose only verified professional assets (name, role, specialization, portfolio, verified projects, GitHub, and LinkedIn). Direct contact information (phone numbers, personal emails, physical addresses) is never exposed publicly without explicit candidate authorization.

3. Hiring Inquiries & Controlled Routing

Employer hiring inquiries submitted through Uncommon Talent are routed through Uncommon’s managed placement team to verify legitimate employment opportunities before introductions are made.

4. Candidate Controls

Alumni have full control over their profile visibility. You can toggle your marketplace status between Public and Hidden at any time via your graduate dashboard.
