Completed 12 full months of intensive, in-person training at an Uncommon innovation hub.
Does not mean: Self-taught online or completed a weekend tutorial course.
Every project listed has reviewed source code, live URLs, and documented personal contributions.
Does not mean: Copied template projects or untracked boilerplate code.
Actively seeking new opportunities and ready to start full-time or contract work immediately.
Does not mean: Passively browsing without immediate capacity.
Evaluated by senior engineering instructors on code clarity, architecture, and git hygiene.
Does not mean: Unsupervised code written without peer feedback.

Only verified graduates of Uncommon’s 12-month full-time Technology Bootcamp in Zimbabwe. It is not open to outside applicants, and that is deliberate — it is why we personally know the work ethic, git commit history, and strengths of every person listed.
