Built during and after the Bootcamp. Each one names what Nkosinamandla personally contributed.
A multi-vendor safari and tour booking platform for the Southern African market — combining a public-facing booking experience, an operator CRM dashboard, a mobile prototype, and a full content/ad engine, all merged into one unified platform at ultrajoybooking.com. What changed because of it: - 60 video ads produced across two A/B variant sets, cutting content production time by eliminating external agency dependency entirely - 7 indexed URLs submitted to Google Search Console on day one — the platform went from zero web presence to crawlable and discoverable within the first launch week - 10 fully designed mobile screens delivered as an interactive prototype, compressing what would typically be a 3–4 week design sprint into a single focused build cycle - 1 codebase replaced what was previously two separate tools (booking app + Client Studio), reducing maintenance overhead and context-switching for operators - Backend migration from a fragmented Firebase/Supabase/Cloudinary stack to Convex HTTP Actions with a REST-compatible router — zero frontend rewrites required, preserving weeks of UI work - 30-day content strategy delivered alongside the product, meaning operators had a marketing runway the moment the platform went live
