Shift Fitness is a lifestyle-focused, two-sided marketplace that connects individuals seeking fitness and wellness services with trusted fitness professionals. The platform helps users discover, compare and book trainers while enabling service providers to manage clients, bookings and grow their businesses. As the Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design process, including user research, competitive analysis, personas, empathy maps, user flows, wireframing and high-fidelity UI design.
I developed a Social Media Content Strategy for dROY TECHY, a creative digital solutions brand specializing in web development, branding, photography, videography and digital marketing. The strategy focuses on increasing brand awareness, attracting clients, building community engagement and positioning the brand as innovative and future focused. My role involved researching the target audience, analyzing competitors, defining content pillars, selecting social media platforms and creating a content plan that supports business growth and strengthens the brand’s online presence.
